Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their services at any time. Upon cancellation, customers will lose access to the services at the end of the current billing month.

2. Refund Policy

Customers can request a refund within 14 days of the first month of service. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the details and determine whether the request meets our refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal again. Then contact us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Digital keys and Products

Digital keys will not be given refunds. The reason for this is once you see the code, we have no way to check whether or not you used the key. We can offer replacements if necessary.
